Your adventure begins with a convenient private pick-up from your accommodation in Stepantsminda. We head straight to the remote high-mountain village of Juta, perched at 2200 meters (7,218 feet), where our Georgia travel cycling journey commences. The first challenge is a short yet demanding climb to the 5th Season mountain hut, offering breathtaking views of the Chaukhi Massif, standing tall at 3842 meters (12,605 feet).

As we traverse the valley, you’ll be captivated by the rugged beauty of the mountains and the tranquil ambiance. After soaking in the sights, we prepare for an exhilarating descent. The smooth single track leads us back to Juta, and from there, we continue down a rough jeep track into the Sno Valley.

The ride through the Sno Valley is a journey through time, passing through ancient villages and following the river, all while Mount Kazbegi (5,047 meters / 16,558 feet) looms majestically in the background. One of the highlights is riding through the village of Sno, known as the birthplace of the Georgian Orthodox Patriarch.

Midway through the ride, we'll stop for a delightful picnic lunch in a spot with stunning mountain views, allowing you to recharge amidst nature's splendor. As we continue, the descent becomes even more thrilling, combining challenging terrains with awe-inspiring vistas.
