Begin your exhilarating day with a private pick-up from your Batumi accommodation. We head towards the lush mountains of Adjara, where a 30-minute scenic drive leads us to the starting point of our adventure. After a brief 30-minute hike, the real excitement begins as we embark on a 3-4 hour descent through Sopho Canyon.
Feel the rush of adrenaline as you navigate 7 magnificent waterfalls and tackle 8 thrilling rappelling points. Our professional guides will ensure you are safe and confident every step of the way. The highest waterfall, standing at an impressive 35 meters (115 feet), offers a breathtaking challenge for even the most experienced adventurers.
As we journey through the 750-meter-long (2,460 feet) valley, you'll be surrounded by Georgia's pristine natural beauty. The descent begins at an altitude of 650 meters (2,130 feet) and concludes at 430 meters (1,410 feet), providing stunning views and unforgettable experiences. Despite the challenging nature of this activity, the low water levels make it accessible for those ready to embrace the adventure. During the descent, we'll enjoy some snacks as a lunch to keep our energy levels up.
After completing the canyoning course, we provide a 4X4 vehicle for a comfortable return to Batumi. The total duration of the tour, including travel and the activity itself, is approximately 5 hours. Throughout the day, you'll be provided with all necessary equipment, including a 5mm wetsuit, helmet, and harness, as well as energy bars and snacks to keep you fueled.
