  • Enjoy complete wedding planning and professional on-site coordination.
  • Exchange symbolic vows during a personalised English-language ceremony styled with Modern Georgian Elegance.
  • Capture the celebration with five hours of professional photography, including a romantic vineyard photoshoot.
  • Share a Georgian wedding feast with Chateau wines, polyphonic singing and live folk music.

More than a wedding ceremony, this private six-day journey is an intimate celebration of love, Georgian culture and the timeless beauty of Kakheti’s vineyards.

Designed for the couple and up to six accompanying guests, the experience begins in Tbilisi with a warm Georgian welcome, a hands-on cooking masterclass and dinner in a local family home. The journey continues through Mtskheta, Georgia’s ancient capital, and the atmospheric streets of Old Tbilisi before entering the wine country of Kakheti.

On the way to the wedding venue, visit peaceful Bodbe Monastery and Sighnaghi, celebrated as Georgia’s City of Love. The final three nights are spent at carefully selected chateau, surrounded by vineyards and framed by the Caucasus Mountains.

At the heart of the journey is a private symbolic wedding designed in a style of modern Georgian elegance. Our team coordinates the ceremony, decoration and wedding-day schedule, allowing the couple to be fully present for every moment. A vineyard ceremony, professional photography, an intimate modern Georgian dinner, chateau wines and sophisticated live Georgian music are all included.

Although the program presents one carefully developed wedding concept, every celebration remains personal. The couple can choose their preferred colours, flowers, ceremonial details, menu and optional services in consultation with our wedding team.

A Georgian Welcome: Cooking, Wine and the First Toast

Welcome to Georgia.

Upon arrival at Tbilisi International Airport, our representative will meet you in the arrivals hall and accompany you to your private vehicle. Transfer to your hotel, where will check-in and have time to rest after the journey.

In the evening, visit a local Georgian family for your first authentic introduction to the country’s hospitality. During a private cooking masterclass, learn how to prepare khinkali, Georgia’s famous filled dumplings and khachapuri, its much-loved cheese bread.

After the masterclass, gather around the table for a traditional Georgian dinner accompanied by local wine. Your host will introduce you to the atmosphere of the Georgian supra, where food, storytelling and meaningful toasts transform a dinner into a shared celebration.

This evening offers a relaxed beginning to the wedding journey and an opportunity for the couple’s closest guests to spend time together before the days ahead.

Sacred Mtskheta and the Stories of Old Tbilisi

After breakfast, meet your private guide and travel to Mtskheta, Georgia’s ancient capital and spiritual centre.

Begin at Jvari Monastery, a sixth-century church positioned high above the meeting point of the Mtkvari and Aragvi rivers. Its peaceful setting and expansive views provide a meaningful introduction to Georgia’s history and Christian heritage.

Continue to Mtskheta and visit Svetitskhoveli Cathedral, one of the country’s most important religious monuments. Walk through the historic centre before enjoying lunch at a local restaurant.

Return to Tbilisi for a guided exploration of the Old Town. Discover its traditional wooden balconies, narrow streets, historic churches and the sulfur-bath district of Abanotubani. The city’s distinctive architecture reveals centuries of Persian, European and Georgian influence.

The evening is free for the couple and guests to relax or explore Tbilisi independently. A private sulfur-bath experience can be arranged upon request.

Sighnaghi, the City of Love and the Wine Cave of Kakheti

After breakfast, leave Tbilisi and travel toward Kakheti, Georgia’s historic wine region.

Begin at Bodbe Monastery, closely associated with Saint Nino, who played a central role in Georgia’s conversion to Christianity. Walk through the peaceful monastery grounds and enjoy sweeping views across the Alazani Valley.

Continue to Sighnaghi, widely known as Georgia’s City of Love. Explore its cobbled streets, traditional balconied houses and romantic viewpoints overlooking the valley and the Caucasus Mountains. Its intimate atmosphere and enduring association with love make Sighnaghi a natural part of the journey toward a Georgian vineyard wedding.

Then we travel through the Alazani Valley to Kvareli Wine Cave. Carved into the Caucasus rock massif, this extraordinary 7.7-kilometre network of tunnels provides naturally stable conditions for storing and ageing wine.

During a guided tour, discover the underground cellars, learn about Georgian winemaking traditions and taste a selection of locally produced wines.

Continue to your chateau in the village of Kakheti. Surrounded by vineyards and facing the Caucasus Mountains, the chateau will be your home for the next three nights and the setting for the following day’s wedding celebration.

After check-in, the remainder of the evening is free, allowing the couple and their guests to rest and prepare for the wedding. Private bachelor, bachelorette or combined pre-wedding experiences can be arranged upon request.

Vows Among the Vineyards

The wedding day has arrived.

The morning is left free for the couple and their guests to relax and prepare. Behind the scenes, our wedding team coordinates the venue, ceremony setting, photographer, musicians, dinner and schedule.

The celebration begins with a private symbolic ceremony overlooking the vineyards and mountains of Kakheti. Conducted in English by a professional officiant, the ceremony can be personalised to reflect the couple’s story, values and promises to one another.

The standard ceremony follows a concept of modern Georgian elegance. The setting includes a decorated ceremony arch, guest chairs, aisle styling and a welcome sign, complemented by a bridal bouquet and groom’s boutonnière. The vineyards and Caucasus Mountains remain the most important elements of the design.

Following the ceremony, raise a glass of sparkling wine before beginning a private photography session among the vines. Five hours of professional photography capture the preparations, ceremony, couple’s portrait session, group photographs, cake cutting and the opening moments of dinner.

The evening continues with a modern Georgian wedding feast served in the country’s traditional shared-table style. Chateau wines, sparkling wine, water and soft drinks are served for four hours.

Live Georgian folk music and polyphonic singing bring an authentic cultural character to the celebration without overwhelming its intimate and sophisticated atmosphere.

If the weather does not permit an outdoor ceremony, the celebration will be transferred to the venue’s designated indoor space.
