Discover the heart of Georgia's ancient history and vibrant natural landscapes with our exclusive day tour. Travel Georgia with us and immerse yourself in a private tour experience like no other. From the hallowed halls of Mtskheta’s Svetitskhoveli Cathedral to the exhilarating rapids of the Aragvi River, each moment is crafted for maximum excitement and personal engagement. Our expert guides bring the past to life and ensure a journey tailored just for you, complete with a sizzling barbecue lunch set against the scenic backdrop of the Jinvali reservoir. Let us take you beyond the typical and into the extraordinary.

Your adventure begins when your personal guide collects you from your accommodation in Tbilisi. First, we head to Mtskheta, the ancient capital of the Kingdom of Iberia and a UNESCO World Heritage site. Here, you'll explore two of Georgia’s architectural marvels: the Svetitskhoveli Cathedral and Jvari Monastery. These sites are not just stunning in their grandeur—they are cornerstones in the development of medieval architecture across the Caucasus.

The journey continues as we drive towards the Jinvali reservoir to the Aragvi Adventure Center. Here, after a detailed safety briefing, you'll plunge into the refreshing waters of the Aragvi River for a thrilling whitewater rafting experience. The rapids are exhilarating yet welcoming to beginners, ensuring everyone can enjoy the rush regardless of experience, including non-swimmers. Our 12-kilometer journey begins in Pasanauri and concludes in Meneso. This gentle route is perfect for beginners, offering a friendly introduction to the sport.

Post-adventure, unwind with a delightful hot barbecue and a glass of fine local Georgian wine, surrounded by the tranquil beauty of the reservoir—a perfect blend of culinary delight and natural serenity.

Our final stop is the Ananuri fortress, a historic edifice that once housed a powerful feudal dynasty. Explore the fortifications and remnants of the ancient citadel. This site, perched on the tentative list for UNESCO World Heritage inclusion since 2007, offers breathtaking views and a palpable sense of history.

As the day winds down, we will return you comfortably to your lodging in Tbilisi, filled with unforgettable memories and experiences from a day spent traversing the riches of Georgia.
