Affiliate Program Terms of Use

These Affiliate Program Terms govern participation in the affiliate program operated by BN Travel LLC, on its Georgia.to platform. By joining the program, creating affiliate links, using embeds, or receiving commissions, you agree to these Terms.

1. Participation

Participation is subject to approval. We may approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any affiliate account at our discretion.
Each partner must provide accurate organization, contact, tax, website, and payment information. Partners are responsible for keeping this information up to date.

Affiliate access may be granted to one or more users connected to the partner organization. Each user must keep login credentials secure and must not share access with unauthorized persons.

2. Approved Domains And Content

Partners may only publish affiliate links or embeds on domains approved in the partner portal or otherwise approved in writing.

Partners may only promote content approved for their affiliate program, including selected tours, experiences, blog articles, or other travel content.

We may change, remove, pause, or deactivate any content, embed, domain, or affiliate program at any time.

3. Tracking And Attribution

Affiliate clicks are tracked through unique links, widgets, tokens, cookies, source domains, browser/device information, and other technical data.

A click does not create a right to payment by itself. Clicks are used for analytics, fraud protection, and attribution.

A referral may be attributed when a visitor who clicked an affiliate link becomes linked to a client account within the applicable attribution window. At this stage, attribution currently occurs when the client logs in or otherwise becomes connected to a registered client account in our system.

Unless otherwise agreed, only the first eligible invoice connected to the attributed client after the affiliate click is commissionable. Later bookings by the same client may be treated as direct bookings unless a new valid attribution is created.

4. Commission

The commission percentage is set separately for each affiliate program. The applicable percentage, attribution window, approval delay, and maximum commission cap, if any, are shown in the partner portal or agreed separately in writing.

Commission is calculated on the eligible attributed invoice according to the program settings. If a maximum commission cap applies, the commission payable for that invoice cannot exceed the cap.

Commission may be reduced, withheld, reversed, or cancelled if the invoice is cancelled, refunded, unpaid, disputed, fraudulent, duplicated, incorrectly attributed, or otherwise not eligible.

5. Invoice-Based Commission

Commission is linked to the invoice, not merely to the clicked product page.

If an invoice includes several reservations or services, commission approval is based on the completion of the included travel services. If there are multiple reservation end dates, the latest relevant end date may be used.

Commission becomes eligible only after the travel is completed and the program’s approval delay has passed. The approval delay is set separately for each program.

6. Payouts, Taxes, And Fees

Approved commissions may be paid according to the payment schedule and method agreed with the partner.
The partner is responsible for providing correct payment and tax information.

Bank fees, payment processor charges, currency conversion costs, withholding taxes, VAT, income taxes, or other deductions required by law or payment providers may be deducted from the payout.

We may withhold payment until the partner provides required invoices, tax forms, bank details, or compliance information.

7. Prohibited Activity

Partners must not:

Violation may result in suspension, termination, cancellation of commissions, or removal from the program.

8. Disclosure And Legal Compliance

Partners are responsible for complying with advertising, consumer protection, privacy, tax, and disclosure laws applicable to their activity.

Where required, partners must clearly disclose that they may receive compensation from bookings made through affiliate links or widgets. Disclosures must be easy to notice and understand.

9. Content And Brand Use

We grant partners a limited, revocable, non-exclusive permission to use approved links, widgets, images, product descriptions, and brand materials only for the purpose of promoting approved content under the affiliate program.

Partners may not copy, resell, sublicense, or use our content outside the approved affiliate context without written permission.

10. Changes And Termination

We may update these Terms, program settings, commission rates, caps, attribution windows, content permissions, or technical tracking rules.

Either party may end participation in the affiliate program. After termination, the partner must remove affiliate links, embeds, and promotional materials if requested.

Commissions already approved before termination may remain payable unless they are later reversed due to refund, cancellation, fraud, chargeback, error, or breach of these Terms.

11. Limitation

Participation in the affiliate program does not create an employment, agency, franchise, partnership, or representative relationship. Partners may not make commitments on our behalf.
