1. Agreement

By making a booking with BN Travel LLC, operating under the trademark “Georgia.to,” the client agrees to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Booking And Payment

2.1. Confirmation: A booking is confirmed once the client receives written acknowledgment from Georgia.to and the required deposit or full payment has been received. To secure a booking, the client is required to deposit 30% of the total cost of the tour or any provided services. If the booking occurs less than 30 days before the departure date, the client must pay 100% of the total amount at the time of booking.

2.2. Payment: Payment can be made via bank transfer, online bank card, or cash. The balance of the tour cost is payable no later than 30 days before the start of the service unless otherwise agreed upon.

3. Cancellation By The Client

3.1. Notification: All cancellations must be in writing and will be effective on the date received by Georgia.to.

3.2. Fees:

a. Group and Private Tours:
— Cancellation over 30 days prior: Full refund minus 10% admin fee.
— Cancellation 29-15 days prior: 50% fee.
— Cancellation within 14 days: No refund.

b. MICE Services and Day Tours:
— Cancellation over 15 days prior: Full refund minus 10% admin fee.
— Cancellation 14-7 days prior: 25% fee.
— Cancellation within 6 days: No refund.

c. Touristic Services (transfers, hotel/restaurant bookings, excursions, etc.):
— Cancellation over 72 hours prior: Full refund minus 5% admin fee.
— Cancellation 72-24 hours prior: 50% fee.
— Cancellation within 24 hours: No refund.

4. Modifications

4.1. By the Client: After confirmation, if a client wishes to change their itinerary, a fee may be charged depending on the nature of the change. The client will be responsible for any increased costs associated with the change.

4.2. By Georgia.to: While rare, Georgia.to reserves the right to modify a service due to unforeseen circumstances. We will ensure the change does not compromise the trip's quality or the client's safety.

5. Liabilities Of Georgia.To

5.1. Performance of Service: Georgia.to agrees to fulfill the services booked by the client to the best of its ability and as described, subject to modifications.

5.2. Safety: Georgia.to ensures that all the services provided meet the safety standards as prescribed by local law.

5.3. Insurance: Georgia.to holds liability insurance covering potential claims arising from its negligence causing personal injury or property damage.

5.4. Compensation: Should Georgia.to cancel a service before the start date, clients will receive a full refund or an alternative service of equivalent value.

6. Liabilities Of The Client

6.1. Compliance: Clients are responsible for complying with local laws, respecting customs and traditions, and acting responsibly.

6.2. Health and Insurance: Clients should be fit to travel and have appropriate insurance covering medical and personal accidents, including repatriation costs, loss of baggage, and flight cancellations.

6.3. Documentation: Clients must possess a valid passport and any necessary visas.

6.4. Liabilities: Clients are responsible for any damages caused to the accommodation or any property therein during their stay.

7. Force Majeure

Georgia.to will not be held liable for any complications, cancellations, or diversions caused by force majeure – unforeseen circumstances beyond human control, such as natural disasters, wars, epidemics, and other unforeseen events.

8. Privacy And Data

Georgia.to ensures that personal data of its clients is stored securely and is used exclusively for the services. The data will not be shared with third parties without the client's explicit consent.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any dispute shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Georgia.
