Zrobiliśmy prywatną wycieczkę helikopterem z Tbilisi do Mestii, a następnie kontynuowaliśmy do Batumi. Helikopter był w bardzo dobrym stanie, a pilot wyraźnie doświadczony, więc lot był bezpieczny i płynny przez cały czas. Latanie nad Kaukazem i oglądanie wież Svaneti z góry było naprawdę czymś wyjątkowym. Mieliśmy trochę czasu, aby pochodzić po Mestii przed powrotem. Oczywiście nie była to tania przygoda, ale zdecydowanie jedna z najbardziej niezapomnianych rzeczy, które zrobiliśmy w Gruzji.

Exploring the stunning landscapes of Georgia was a dream come true . The fall colors painted a breathtaking backdrop as we ventured through the mountains. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about the region, making the history come alive. I loved the cozy 4-star hotel where we stayed—comfortable, with incredible views. While the hike was challenging, the feeling of reaching the top made it all worth it. Only hiccup was a slight mix-up with our meal orders, but it didn’t dampen our spirits. I particularly loved wandering through the quaint towns, where the locals welcomed us with warm smiles and homemade treats. Hiking in the Caucasus Mountains was a highlight; the views simply took my breath away. I wish we had had a bit more time in some places, though. A couple of long drives felt a bit excessive.
