Exploring Georgia during winter was a delightful surprise. The wine tasting tour was an intimate experience, with just two of us, allowing for personal connections with local producers. We savored rich, velvety reds and learned about traditional winemaking methods that have been passed down for centuries. The scenery, blanketed in soft snow, made every vineyard stop feel magical. Although it was chilly, the warm hospitality of our hosts made up for it. I'd love to return someday, perhaps in a different season.
